He was part of the panel discussion "How to Get Infrastructure Projects Done: Exploring Major Challenges and Best Practices." An expert in government procurement and MWBE certification and contracting, Brian’s 30 year N.Y. State government career included roles in the New York State Comptroller’s Office, Division of Budget and as CFO of the Office of General Services.

VOORHEESVILLE - Jeffrey T. Buley, 63, passed away at Albany Medical Center on April 25, 2023. While his passing was sudden, he was surrounded by loving family and friends on the day he left us. Jeff was born in Poughkeepsie on February 24, 1960. He is survived by his father, Theodore H. Buley of Woodland Pond at New Paltz N.Y.; his daughters, Rachael and Clare Buley; his sister, Susan Buley Antoinette and her husband, Peter of Ballston Lake; nephews, P.J., Nick and Andrew Antoinette and Nick's wife April; his longtime girlfriend, Carolyn Kerr, and Carolyn's children, Jack, Putnam, and Lila Kerr. Jeff was predeceased by his mother, Lois A. Buley and his dog Casey.
