Molly Ridley joined Brown & Weinraub after over 15 years of experience in health care, management and public health in both the private and public sectors.
Most recently, Molly completed her J.D. from Albany Law School. While attending law school, Molly worked for the New York eHealth Collaborative, a public-private partnership which administers the Statewide Health Information Network for New York (SHIN-NY). Prior to attending law school, Molly worked for the New York State Public Health Corps, a fellowship program within the NYS Department of Health aimed at improving the public health workforce and infrastructure of local health departments in the wake of the COVID pandemic. With NYSPHC, Molly administered the program in the Mid-Hudson region, and led the data workgroup, streamlining data processes and tracking mechanisms.
Prior positions include as Practice Manager of a primary care office in a large health network, including through COVID and the transition to telehealth; as a manager of medical scribes working in nine emergency rooms throughout the Hudson Valley and Capital Regions of NYS; and as an EMT in commercial EMS.
She received her undergraduate degree from SUNY New Paltz, and her J.D. from Albany Law School.
